These are the spaces in between, neither 'home' nor 'destination'. It is here that we wait with patience for the turn of the Big Wheel, the donkey cart/taxi cab/ airplane delivering us into the next unknown. We find hopes and promises here, like a new way of life, just around the corner, over the hill, or around the bend.
